How to make a FUPA, disappear.

In my opinion , 2020- was the year from Hell. I gained unwanted weight. I also take full responsibility for that, My diet was poor. I ordered take-out every chance i got. ALSO, Vodka helped my bloated gut be more pronounced. I am not fat shaming anyone when i say, a Kangaroo pouch belly -was the look i did not want to leave 2020. I had to do SOMETHING! It took me a total of 3 months to get things back to a satisfying silhouette. I made my FUPA disappear! A FUPA can be troublesome. FUPA is an acronym. It stands for Fatty Upper Pubic Area. It is the result of many unhealthy habits, including consumption of an unhealthy diet. Here are a few tips to getting rid of a FUPA.

  1. Investing in work out equipment

2. Be mindful of body mechanics. Proper posture can do wonders for the way your stomach looks . Stand up straight, put your shoulders and tuck in your abdomen and buttocks

Breath correctly from your diaphragm. Pull in your abdominal muscles and hold for several seconds. Make this exercise apart of your routine.

3. If you hate exercising. Be creative with work out sessions. Take a belly dancing class .

4. Try waist training.

5. I Drink Diet friendly tea. My favor is GET LOST. I also drink Apple Cider Vinegar Shot to combat bloating.

Lastly have the right attitude. Positivity and optimism are a MOOD. This will give you the drive to complete your weight goals, and stay consistent. Even today, i still am on this journey to maintaining my results.
